This is not a very good photo. I cannot tell what the subject is. The title of your photo is "water drops" but I can't even see the rain drops. The majority of the photo is blurry too. The colors aren't visually appealing either. Maybe you could sharpen the picture and run a levels adjustment to enhance the photo. Maybe a different crop could help it too. Good try though.
